*All listed sizes are approximate~ Natural variation adds to the charm of a handmade product
*Since all computers are different, online representations may vary slightly from the true color of the products
*Prices include materials and quilting techniques that are chosen by Moose Mountain Quilts~ Special requests will be considered, and may be subject to an additional fee depending on availability
*Color requests are acceptable at no additional charge~ if a specific color is desired, it may be helpful for you to provide a sample swatch~ Moose Mountain Quilts will make every effort to match the chosen fabric to the desired color as closely as possible
*Moose Mountain Quilts exercises the creative license to select all materials
*Prices do not include USPS insured shipping/ handling charges
*Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit~ Final payment is due upon completion of the finished product and prior to shipping~ All items require full payment plus shipping/ handling charges prior to shipping~ Current inventory and completed custom orders are usually shipped within one to two weeks from the date the final payment is received and processed

Shipping/Handling
Moose Mountain Quilts ships products using insured Priority Mail service with delivery confirmation. This is the fastest, safest, and most reliable way to ship our products. The following factors will determine the shipping/ handling charge: order total, weight of item, delivery destination, and number/ size of boxes required.


Custom Orders
Once a custom order is complete and ready to ship, the shipping/ handling charge will be calculated and the total amount due (minus initial deposit) for the order will be included on a PayPal email invoice. This is sent to the email address that you provided when placing your custom order.
Upon receiving the PayPal email invoice, you will complete your order by making your payment directly through the PayPal secure server link. Once an order is confirmed by payment, the sale is final. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as your payment is confirmed and processed.
Return Policy
*All custom orders and craft fair/ Wakefield Marketplace sales are final~ no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted
*Pet accessories cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
*With the exception of pet accessories, current inventory items that are purchased from the online gift shops are eligible for a 7 business day return policy~ If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back in "like new condition" within 7 business days from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a refund of the item price~ All shipping/ handling charges are non-refundable~ NO returns will be accepted after 7 business days or if the item is no longer in "like new condition"~ Moose Mountain Quilts is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, so it is highly recommended that you purchase insurance when shipping your return
